  • Would avoid this company. Had home oven go out. Took them 24 days to replace it then tried to evict us because we deducted about 20% of the actual cost of order food out or for delivery. This is just one example of how they handled several issues of a home that had many issues. Also became very rude when we began to complain about their inaction. Love seeing these reviews about Brian helping...must be employees because Brian is a weasel whom you never hear back from except to make excuses for the shortfalls of Key.
