rev:text	Surprised us with a $100 cleaning fee because there was gravel on the front floor mats and dust on the back seat... both of which we easily brushed out in about 30 seconds. After arguing with the manager, he "dropped the fee", meaning that we were forced to buy a $50 voucher to use with Thrifty in the next year. I highly doubt that we will be using this voucher given the crappy experience we just had.
