  • I am so disappointed with my experience at Steinberg Diagnostic Maryland Parkway location. While the receptionist was very nice, the sonogram technician Jamie was awful. She didn't even bother to introduce herself or take a moment to explain the exam. She had a horrible bedside manner and rushed me through. It was a Saturday and hardly anyone was there. I emailed a complaint and what's worse is that the Chief Administrative Officer was supposed to get back to me and didn't. Now I know why the line staff could care less, their management doesn't care to follow up with patient concerns. I will be sharing this information with my doctor so I will not be referred to this location ever again!
