  • Technician filed my nails unevenly, requested correction. No hand massage during manicure just a light application of lotion. Applied nail polish on both my nails AND skin (cuticles) "cleaned off" the skin skin area however a good amount of nail polish remained on my skin. Technician stated the nail polish is supposed to be on my cuticles "looks natural" it looked as if a 5 yr old applied (red) nail polish on me, I had to take the brush and take my polish off my cuticles myself after several requests to correct it. I was told I'm "too picky" ... No, it's not my first manicure and I'm paying for a service so it should appear professional. Male nail technician was texting, answered calls and paused to watch tv during application... Very unprofessional. Better to have no nail polish on then come here.
