  • We only came in for some hamster bedding, but after the kids saw the critters they wanted to hold them all! As a young gentleman passed by asking if we needed help, my girls asked if they could hold a guinea pig. He went to get the keys and spent at least 15-20 minutes letting them hold several of the different small animals. He took time to explain different things to the kids and showed them how to hold them properly. It was a fun experience that they won't forget. It was a nice addition to our stop. :) The lady working at the register was also very friendly and conversed with the kids about their new hamster. I think they may prefer PetSmart over Petco now.
