  • I went in there this morning. Worst first bridal experience ever. The girl seemed nice at first but it took all of 20 min into my appointment to have me running out in tears. They apparently only carry up to size 12 and then maybe 10 dresses in 18 and up. I'm a size 16 in bridal. I picked a few dresses to find she put the ones I picked back and put her choices in there. She tried so hard to shove A-Line down my throat like it was the only dress style she knew. Which I cannot wear considering I just found out I'm pregnant and it was resting right on my belly making me look huge. And when I got emotional because nothing would fit and everything she kept trying to make me wear was NOTHING like I told her I wanted, I called my mom into the fitting room with me because I was upset, I found out from my sisters she stood there rolling her eyes at me! Good job making a pregnant bride feel ugly and fat. She gave no help or solutions. She had an attitude and was rude and I can't even believe the rolling of the eyes. I will never recommend this place to anyone! She had no idea about anything in that store and clearly didn't care for me! Seriously why the reviews are good on yelp are beyond me. If you want rude half assed help from someone who gives you snotty teenager eye rolls this is the place for you! If not! I highly recommend Grace style and bridal as well as brilliant bridal! These places are phenomenal and go above and beyond for you!
