Bought a used car missing the radio and the dealer sent me here for a replacement. The service is a bit spotty as the "son" pretty much ignored me when I said there was an existing face plate and spent a bunch of time trying to find the face plate on his computer. Another customer came into the shop and squeaky wheel got the grease as he immediately changed his attention to the new customer complaining about their system. Fortunately the "father" came out and I was able to tell him about the face plate. He directed me to the waiting room and the unit was installed in about 45 mins. I had an existing xm antenna but for some reason they added another one. I get the feeling that if they had at least looked at the car before deciding on the replacement radio it would have been more seamless. Maybe paying customers get better service.
