  • Leo and his team are very dedicated and passionate on giving what every car owner should receive, honest and reliable work. I've been coming to Leo for the past 4 years. My BMW X5 went into the BMW dealership for one simple reason, NOx sensor failure. After two and a half months and MULTIPLE trips in and out of the dealership, my X5 is still not repaired and the CEL is still on. My patience meter was through the roof with the dealership on how they couldn't repair a warranty covered problem. So I called Leo. Got an appointment, explained my issue, dropped the car off, by end of day (yes, only one day), his team repaired my car, and CEL is off. I've driven my X5 for 230 miles now and the CEL is yet to resurface. Hopefully this explains the honest and reliable work Leo and his team provide. PS. The reason I didn't bring the X5 to Leo in the first place is because it was a manufacturer warranty covered part. I couldn't bring the X5 anywhere else except the dealership. Only after the dealership wanted to charge me $1,600 for a "possible" fix to repair the X5 was when I asked for my keys and (these were my exact words to the dealership), "No thank you. I'll take my car to my mechanic." Now off to deal with the BMW reimbursement program.
