  • After a nice meal, there isn't much better than a splendid dessert. Of course, having room for said dessert can be a challenge. So more often than not (these days anyway), we'll simply skip it at the meal. In this case, we headed down the road, and what do you know - up pops a frozen custard place - have to try out that one! Now I'll warn you that this is not a fancy stop. There is little room inside for much of anything. In fact, if it was more simply edible on the run, I might not even advise eating there. It isn't that they are unclean or anything - just that there isn't much space inside. It's a counter, and that's about it. The good news is that they are awesomely friendly, and help guide you to the right place. Not that there is much need. You really only have a couple of choices - we went with the flavor of the week, because it sounded awesome. Then we decided to share the kid size, even though it looked small. No worries, as it was overflowing. This kid size was rather huge, and plenty even when sharing. Nice stop, and well worth it if you're anywhere nearby!
