| - The owner, Chris, is very responsive when there's a problem, which is why I'm giving them two stars. Unfortunately, the problems are too often with their workers. I watch the pool techs come, spend 5-10 minutes, and only use a net/empty skimmer when they come. If we weren't paying for chemicals too, this wouldn't be a problem, but we're paying dearly for service and chemicals we're not receiving.
During the summer with their "complete maintenance," we had a major algae problem in our newly finished pool, which should not have happened if they were correctly balancing chemicals. Even after involving the owner, the techs continue to not check the chlorine balance weekly, or provide the necessary chemicals as needed.
Our pool is an expensive investment; too expensive to leave it in the hands of techs who cheat CMK's customers.
