  • I was drawn to this location because of it's convenient location, as it is in a shopping center with Lowe's, and figured I would kill two birds with one stone, so to speak. On the front window was a sign that said "No Wait". I walked in only to find somebody waiting in the lobby. I was told it would be about fifteen minutes, as another "stylist" would be in shortly. I took a little jaunt to the Strabucks next door and then returned. Come to find out the stylist I was waiting on was behind me in line for coffee. When I finally made it into the chair, she rushed through my haircut like she was going to a fire. The overall quality of the rush haircut was ok, but there are other alernatives in the neighborhood that are of equal quality and less expensive. Sorry Supercuts, but you didn't "rock the cut" on this one. Your "No Wait" sign should have been flipped around to the "Low Wait" side.
