Beware if you're using Car2Go. One of the drivers refused to take me because I was a Car2Go customer. I was told I would have to "wait for the next bus". The bus was not full, and in fact there were other customers there that he continued to assist after refusing me service. I was caught off guard, so naturally asked why. He was short and unwilling to elaborate, simply stating, "that's just the way it is." I assumed it's because of the reciprocal agreement the company has with Car2Go that pays them directly and probably cuts out the tip that these drivers would normally receive from paying customers, but I dared not ask. Needless to say, I wouldn't continue dealing with them if I didn't have to.
