  • I am very upset with the service I received from this hotel. I booked this hotel using AAA and no where was it stated online that you must be 21 to check into a room. Therefore when my friends and I arrived at the hotel we were forced to change the reservation name and card to a friend of mine who is 21. It became a hassle when we weren't able to pay cash and had to find a bank to deposit money into her account. Then when we called to talk to a manager to file a complaint we were told managers only come in on Tuesdays. We were put back an hour or so of our vacation due to this problem that could have been prevented if these rules were stated on their website.
