Eco car wash is by far the worst car wash I have ever been to. If I was the owner I would either start firing or start properly training employees.
1. There was no one to greet you or explain where to go or how it works.
2. I asked for a hand wash as my foot steps only come down with the door open and they were very dirty from trip to the mountains. The gentleman said I can just spray it while you hold the door open and I replied that I would prefer a hand wash.
3. He then wandered off to ask some other guy if he could do a hand wash. He came back and said yeah I guess. He asked if I wanted to inside done and I said please, it needs to be wiped down but not a full detail. He then says it's $35 to wash the outside and $40 to wipe down the inside. $75 for a hand was and interior, lol.
4. I went up the street to Choice car wash and received very competent assistance and was given a hand wash and interior cleaning for $35, which is typically the standard price for that service, maybe $40 sometimes.
5. I would wash my own car before I would go back to Eco wash. I'm trying my best to not say all the things I would like to about this experience.
6. Either the owner doesn't care or doesn't know what's going on at his business. With Yelp and other type ways for consumers to get word out and rate businesses it is crazy to me that these type experiences are allowed to happen.
7. From the previous reviews I should have known better but it was closer to my office and I was willing to give them a try, major mistake.
