  • Yum!!! Cool local business with nice husband and wife owners alert! Is that an alert? It should be. They change their flavors often and offer 12 flavors at a time. You can have a warm glazed donut ice cream sandwich or a Leslie Knope waffle sandwich! There are other delish options too like fancy cones or a less fancy cup. Pretty sure Novel is hitting all of my favorite things in the world, parks and rec, supporting the local economy and ice cream treats! It is located behind thirdspace in a cute little tiny house community of shops. The inside is hand painted with cute unicorns and ice creams. I can't wait to visit again to see what new exciting flavors they have!
