  • furniture was at reasonable price. they were friendly in the beginning till after you sign to buy the furniture. they sent us the wrong piece of furniture of the set and its a constant checking and calling on when will the rest of "the right" furniture be delivered. the tone of voice of raphael and his brother was rude. it took them almost a month to send the rest of the furniture, i had to pick a different one because they cant send me the one i pick originally and already paid for. their excuse is that its the manufacturers fault "fyi check it first before selling it and sending it to be delivered, thats your job so dont act annoyed if i call to check when the rest of my furniture will be delivered" it was frustrating. i never experience this from other furniture stores. if they were a bit nicer and understood why im upset maybe ill give them one more star. it was rude to say they will call you back in 5 or 10mins and never call you. they even will tell you to "dont call us". hell all i want is my furniture not to talk you.
