| - Regarding the comment on wines, since I am a wine fan their prices are the exact same as any other place (Whole Foods, Heinen's, Giant Eagle, your local wine shop) - they are at state minimum. They have their selecion of the value buys - under $10 also.
As far as the prepared foods, I have now purchased quite a bit from them. I can honestly say their quality and taste rates very high. I found it tremendously better than Heinen's.
As far as pricing, I find them competitive. The Earth Fare brands (whose Volcanic salsa is enjoyable at $3.49 for 16 oz) were very well priced. Amy's organic soups were something like $2.50 vs Heinen's which are at $3.19. Numerous items are reflected as on-sale. Plus, you recieve numerous coupons and freebies (whole fresh chicken, 1 lb chicken salad, pineapple) if you register on-line.
I have had multiple friends rave to me about the quality of their meat, which I found equally priced as Heinen's.
Overall, I am pleased with the store and would encourage others to give it a shot. I don't think it will be a waste of your time.
