  • I came to Arcadia Dry Cleaners seeking service that would revitalize and whiten a 47-year-old, handmade baptism gown that I desired to use for my newborn daughter's baptism. Of several places I considered, I was most drawn to Arcadia Dry Cleaners because they are renowned in the Southwest for the preservation of prized family heirlooms, such as bridal gowns. After the initial (free) consult, I entrusted the baptism gown to Mark's care, and within a few weeks, I received a call that the gown was ready for pick up. I could hardly believe my eyes when it was brought out. Whereas the gown was yellowed, dingy, and brittle when I brought it in, afterward it was white, pristine, and full of bounce! The $45 cost was well worth it, and my daughter will definitely be wearing this fully-restored gown when she is baptized next month. If you are looking for preservation and restoration services for your heirloom fabrics, look no further!
