  • I have come in several times to Orielys to get merchandise and there always seems to be miscommunication problems between the employees where they say they have something ready for me and never do when they say. My most recent time was today and I ordered a gasket yesterday and they told me it would be ready today at 1pm. I just left and they told me that the employee that put in the order ended up putting it in too late so we need to come back again. Scenarios like this have happened on countless occasions and it's incredibly frustrating.
