  • The photo service is deplorable. I made two orders online, one of which was made the day before. I called about 7 times today to see if my order was ready, but no one answered. Finally I decided to show up today since I was unable to speak to anyone. When I arrived I waited for a while because no one was at the counter, even after being called on the speaker by the girl at the front register. When someone finally showed up only 1 of the 2 orders had been processed (well after the pick-up time), so I waited for them to print them right then. After I got home I realized I had to go back because the pictures weren't cropped right and they weren't cut to size. The guy at the counter looked at them and said "oh s**t" and said the girl was supposed to cut them but failed to. At least I got a full refund, but now I have to start from scratch and make a new order, which consists of almost 200 pictures. The photo center is run by a bunch of kids who don't know how to take direction or work professionally. I'm not giving you Monopoly money to do your job.
