| - Just bought my second vehicle from porsche north scottsdale and was even happier with my experience this time then the last. Not that the first time wasn't good service but this time I had the luxury of having AJ be my salesman. AJ is great, not only did he work with me on price he went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I usually never buy from dealership's to save money on taxes, and told myself I never would after buying my first porsche. But AJ worked as hard as he could to reach the price I wanted even after paying almost $10,000 in taxes. I still didn't get it as cheap as I could have if I bought from a private seller but I got the peace of mind to know that porsche had just serviced the vehicle and got it into pristine shape. Even after noticing some minor scratches in the center console he had the service department basically make it almost unnoticeable and free of charge of course, cuz he knew how OCD I was about the condition of the car. Even the the finance department/manager was great to work with and made the loan process a breeze. Everyone I have encountered over my 4 years of going to porsche has always been extremely polite and respectful. Not once have I had to wait for a salesman to approach me in less then a few minutes whenever I've gone to look at their cars. Which happens a lot more then I would ever think at certain places like range rover, rolls royce, mercedes, etc. And in doing so they are not aggressive at all nor do they make you feel like your talking to your typical car salesman, who we all know get a bad stereotype from the few bad apples out there. I will definitely continue to come back to porsche whenever I am in the market for a new/used vehicle even if I end up buying from a private seller afterwards. They have earned my business and I plan to call AJ from now on when I want a car even if it is not a porsche. I recently bought a bmw i8 this time at porsche north scottsdale and AJ will be the first person I call to find my next dream vehicle regardless of the make of the car and I hope to continue their perfect record of getting me into my dream car, they are 2 for 2 at the moment. Overall excellent service but even more importantly they treat you as family/friends genuinely which is the best service you can ask for as a customer. Thanks AJ and everyone at porsche north scottsdale for another memorable experience purchasing my newest dream car.
And BTW AJ I will be calling you to find me a tesla in the near future cause you know that is my other dream car and I know once again you will deliver and get me in the car I want and prevail once again for porsche with your unbeatable service and staff you provide to all your customers.
