  • Can't trust them!!! Wish I could give ZERO stars. Yesterday I had my Cr-V serviced at Right Honda. Scott one of the service directors brought out the inspection sheet and told me my front brakes were 2mm and Rear was 3mm and needed replacement then quoted the price and they could get it done right away. I declined because the price seemed high. I went to Sun Devil Automotive and price they quoted was $100 less so I scheduled service. Today I took my car to Sun Devil Automotive. They put the car on rack and then asked me to come back. They showed me the rear was still over 5mm and front 4mm. They said replacement was NOT recommended. On another Right service trip they told me the cabin air filter needed replacement. Once again the price seemed excessive. I went and bought a filter myself at half the price. When I took out the old filter it was still perfectly good. That should have been the alarm bell.....I will never go back to Right Honda....can't trust them.
