I am beyond done with Gaudin Ford. This day started off with an error on MY part. I had the wrong appointment time written down, so dropped my car off an hour late. I was greeted by a technician named Joshua. Worst customer service I've ever encountered. During initial inspection he asked me: "What kind of tires are these?" I told him I didn't know. His response: "Are they even any good?" We finally get in the booth and my bf and his daughter came in as well. Joshua looked at my boyfriends teenage daughter and told her: "I had to grab my wallet, just in case." Mind you this comment was made after my bf had left the booth and went inside. Real tough guy this one. RUDE! I understand I was late; I apologized and advised I understood if it takes them a little longer. No need to act like a douche to others because you obviously have something to prove to yourself. After getting my car....which Ford is repairing due to THEIR recall; I will not be back to this location!
*Edit: Went to pick up car and Joshua came out to ignore me; the customer, but chat up my bf. Never even made eye contact with me, again, the customer, when he came out. I'm assuming he saw this review, as he called me to tell me my car was done about 5 minutes after I posted my original comment. More great customer service. Btw Josh, I was born and raised in Humboldt Park, and Rogers Park is really more like Evanston.
