  • Read this for free entertaiment at my expense! I ordered a taco dish that offers the choice of chicken or beef. My waiter did not ask wh2at I wanted and brought me beef when I wanted chicken. I did not think to specify, and feel that the waiter should have asked, not just bring me whatever!! The beef was a bunch of very tiny cuts that were burnt and super tough! I had to spit out bite after bite because I couldn't chew it, even will a full set of healthy chompers! I ordered an extra side of rice. It didn't come with my meal. I asked for it and was told it would be right out. When it didn't arrive, I asked a second time. It didn't arrive...EVER!!!! We were there for almost two hours as the service was SLOW!!!! When the bill came, we didn't even complain or ask that the price of the rice be removed from the bill BECAUSE: AT THIS LOCATION, THE MANAGER IS A *BLEEP*!!! She will lose her temper and act like a crazy nut and tell you to never come back if you complain!! She is scary!! You will question whether she has surveillance watching you as you leave in order to get your license plate so she can send a mobster to your house to rough you up!! NEVER in my life have I been afraid of a restaurant manager! Holy crap Batman!!! One little question will set her off. I ordered takeout for the first time. When I got home, there was no hot sauce with my order. I called to ask, for future reference, if they usually include hot sauce, and she yelled at me, "Unless you spend $10.00, you don't get hot sauce!" I responded that it would be nice if they told me and gave me the opportunity to pay for some. I told her my food tasted like Taco Bell, and she screamed, "Our food is nothing like Taco Bell!!!!" I responded that mine tasted like Taco Bell because I had to use Taco Bell sauce on it. She cussed me out and told me to "Never come back!!!!" There are more instances with this crazy lady, but I know if a review is too long, people won't read it. I encourage the owner to contact me for more details!!! The manager needs to be on medication or get rid of her!!
