  • I did the web check in to try and save my self some time, but it only resulted in having to wait longer. It took them 40 mins to call me to come in. When I got there I was asked to wait even more time. They saw every single person in the place before they got to me. I was waiting an hour before I left without being seen. I know that that's not terribly long but what is the point of a web check in if you aren't going to use it. I needed to get in before j had to go to work. Why was I placed in the order I arrived and not the time I checked in which was 8 am. I would have been better off just showing up at 8 am.
