  • Their breakfast variety is wonderful. I had the green chili omelette. It was cooked perfectly and the green chili was fresh. The service was quick and efficient. The manager visited my table to make sure everything was good. The portions are larger then most breakfast restaurants. The only thing I would improve on is their coffee. They serve a generic Shamrock brand coffee. A fresher and better choice would be from a local coffee roaster like Passport Coffee in Scottsdale. Especially since this family owned restaurant is promoting that they are a local company. I will be back at night with some friends next month to try their Texan burger.
