  • THANK YOU TO ALL OF THE FABULOUS STAFF @ Optical Gallery Arizona for treating me with respect, patience and humor over the last 8 years. I no longer have to settle for poorly made lenses, poor quality frames chosen from a poor selection with the help of poorly trained staff... which before discovering OGA had been my lifelong experience. I know I am going to receive an accurate RX, well crafted lens and a perfect fit every time. I'm confident that if for any reason I am unhappy the company would do everything in their power to resolve the issue. The staff I have worked with wear glasses. They understand a great pair of frames is a great fashion accessory. They understand the prescription has to be spot on for the health of your eyes. I am never rushed through the exam. OGA carries a huge variety of quality frames and I am never rushed into making a selection. The store is tastefully decorated, comfortably appointed and the staff goes all out to make sure your experience is a positive one. I truly look forward to my next visit. I appreciate the fact I'm never made to feel I am out-of-line for expecting the very best! Optical Gallery Arizona always delivers.
