  • I just left this place and I have boycotted this place since last year after being hit twice while in their wash tunnel. Mgmt still has no care nor concern and neither do most of the employees for the quality of work on the cars. I paid for the Top Dog Wash specifically for the bug removal. After completing the wash tunnel, they ushered me to the dry area where I should have had the tire dressing. Didn't happen, nobody came over. I had time to check over the SUV to see if the bugs were removed and the bugs still covered the front. I had no pre-spray or anything to help remove the bugs. The guy just waved you into the tunnel. I mentioned to one of the guys in the drying area when I was waiting for the tire dressing and he said I could talk to a manager on Monday, because they were closing. Really??? Ok, so I left, with the same bugs I came in with and no tire dressing. Very sad, very, very sad. I don't think I ask for much, but this service has not improved at all. Shame on you guys.
