  • Customer service is THE WORST! The ladies that work there are always rude and have an attitude. I have been getting my nails done there for a few months because it is close to my house. Last time was my final visit ever! I made an appointment even though they are walk in "welcome". The girl that answer the phone asked if I could come a little earlier. Since my appointment was at 6 and it was already 5:28 I told her I would leave now and should be there in about 10-15 minutes. She said that was good. When I arrived at 5:45 on the dot I was greeted with cold stares. At first I thought this was because they didn't know that I had an appointment. When I told her who I was and that I had called she suggested I just get polished. When I said again that I needed a fill and that I called she had the nerve to say... You said you would be here in 10 minutes but you took longer... WHAT THE HELL!! Then she acted so put off that I was there I just said forget it and left. I am tired of putting up with their attitudes and disrespectful demeanor. When you go there you will be ignored as they all talk in their native language back and forth.. I gave this place so many chances thinking it was just a bad day for them but it was never any better even after being a "loyal" customer I still got treated like dirt! The work isn't exceptional by any means... Average at best with a bunch of mean, hateful, nail ladies!
