  • We purchased a car from them at a tent event and have had nothing but troubles. They were so eager to make sales at this event they were offering tons if incentives, non of which have been follow through with. They offered to pay the tags for a year...still fighting with them to pay for those. We get collections calls about our car we traded in. We get calls from them telling us we owe them for things? What? is this even possible? When we call to rectify anything or get answers everyone plays dumb and then no one calls back. This is the 4th time I've purchased a car and I have never been treated so badly. Peoria Ford was wonderful to work with, Bell Ford was wonderful and helpful. Maybe this is how Kia dealerships run their businesses but it's deceitful. I wouldn't recommend going here to anyone. I can't even begin to add the hours waiting on the phone trying to get things made right. I still don't even know what I apparently owe money for even though my car was financed. Terrible way to do business.
