Unfortunately I purchased some furniture from living spaces and a VIP care package for a rental property - I wouldn't put the garbage they sell in my own place. Sales people flock to you like a used car dealership but individually they were decent.
The greatest problem had with them was with their "VIP care package". As soon as you have a claim you they will do all they can to avoid you. I called several times and stopped by a store twice over a month to no response.
Here is my latest update: After not being called back again as promised last week I called again last night and again was told my claim was being expedited (4th time) and that some one would call back the next morning. Someone did finally call back but not to the evening and eventual offered to refund the cost of the VIP Care package I purchased. I stared that I thought this was crooked to want to refund me now that there was a claim. She was silent for a few moments then again offered to refund the premium for the Care package.. Eventually she said that someone from the VIP department would be calling me back wishing 48 hours. She really couldn't have given a damn about helping me but after nearly a dozen calls and being told nearly a dozen times that someone would be calling me back, two trips to to the store, and being told 4 times my claim was being expedited, someone finally called. Even thought I am now waiting on someone else to call me back, I think this is making progress...
