  • bought my daughter a used car of her dreams here..the sales experience was decent..the finance guy turned sour as soon as he realized we were not buyng any warranties or other products he offered..I spent my entire working career in retail auto and motorcycle sales..he needs to adjust his attitude,not every one buys the add ons!! after she had the car a few days the car developed a shake/vibration,of course they could not feel it,go figure..a trip to a tire shop found the tires needed balanced which we paid for.the tire tech advised us the car needed brakes,so much for their 100 point or however many point safety inspection.of course they would not fix the brakes and mind you this all was within 30 days of getting the car.. if you really need to buy a used car from them insist on an independent inspection so you know what your getting..or better yet there are hundreds of dealers in the valley!! needless to say we wont be back!!
