  • I am a young women without the slightest clue about cars and I went into sands to have my car looked at; It was sputtering when I was stopped. On top of the problem I was having I had my tires rotated, a couple of light bulbs replaced, oil change, etc. My bill was $2100. I was advised that a combination of the motor mounts and the computer that speaks to the transmission was my problem. That totaled $850.00. I was than advices that my car was in perfect operating order. Diagnostic test revealed these problems and now those problems were fixed. I had to bring my car back for the same problem less than 10 days later. I was than told that they made a mistake and it was the coil and a couple of spark plug which totaled $500.00. They covered that expense but I'm still feeling cheated. I was told by the manager that the moat he could do for the inconvenience is give me a free oil change and a tank of gas I have always done the right thing and maintenance my car with the dealership I bought it at. What am I suppose to do now that I can't trust them??:(
