Two out of the three times that I have came to the salon have been very unpleasant and I will not return. The first time the person that helped me seemed like they didn't really want to be working and was mentally distracted along with constantly using their phone. The second time was okay but mediocre and overpriced. The third time was much like the first time the woman seem like she was not interested in working she was constantly on her phone and said that she couldn't do things that were available in the salon. I actually went to somebody else and they were able to put a sticker on no problem. Thankful for that even though I know how extremely difficult it was.... Customer service is the most important concept in this kind of business and I just don't see that it is a primary goal here. Too bad for them because it's a beautiful salon!
