| - I have been waiting since the first month that we moved in to write this review. This has been the absolute worst place I have ever lived in my entire life. Over the 12 months of my lease, I started a running tab of everything that ruined my experience here.
-These units are so old that the A/C vents leaked consistently
-There are not enough cabinets in the kitchen to hold any food
-They say they are strict when it comes to dogs off-leash but people NEVER have their dogs on leashes here, nor do they EVER pick up. The grounds are absolutely disgusting with month-old dog crap all over the place
-The dryer doesn't actually dry your clothes. You have to use 3 cycles and then your clothes shrink
-The carpets were disgusting when we moved in. They were not shampoo'd and had spots everywhere
-The workers in the office, especially Dawn, were an absolute nightmare. They don't care about you at all. I can't believe Dawn has an actual job. She made this entire year even worse than how crappy the apartment was. She was so disrespectful and rude. Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. They will fool you like they fooled us. They were so nice to get us in the door and get our money. Then they treat you like you're nothing when you live there
-The roof leaked every time it rained
-Water came under the front door every time it rained
-Emergencies don't matter. We called the emergency line one night (it wasn't even late, around 8pm when I got home from work) when our roof was leaking and no one EVER called us back. Not that night, not the next day. We had to go into the office and of course, no one cared
-Maintenance is a JOKE. The A/C broke on us a few times but once it was during the summer in July. We went to the office and they sent out the maintenance guy. He told us he wasn't going to fix it until the next day since he was going home for the night and told us to, "crack a window, you'll get a breeze." We had to sleep at a hotel that night and of course we were not reimbursed for it nor was it removed for our monthly rent after we requested they do so since we couldn't live in it for 24 hours
-Then after he "fixed" the A/C, it wouldn't stop blowing, so there went our electricity bill. Then he had to come back and "re-fix" it. I'm using quotations because nothing here was ever fixed
-Half of the outlets didn't work
-The tow company takes AT LEAST 3 hours when someone is parked in your spot
-There is never any parking
-The bedrooms never cool down, aka the old A/C units suck.
-The pictures of the pool on the website are taken at the South location, not the North. The pool at the North complex is insanely small, never cleaned, and absolutely disgusting. I never once got in it
-Kitchen lights didn't work when we moved in and they were never fixed
-It took 8 months for someone to finally fix the light over the carport so it was usually pitch-black when I went to work at 4 in the morning
-There were roaches in the laundry room constantly, even after they came in and sprayed
-There were ants in the storage closet
-The office originally assigned us to the wrong parking spot and we had a dispute with another resident after we towed their car out of their own spot. I'd assume the apartment complex didn't pay for the guy to get his car out of the lot since that's the kind of place they run here
-The landscapers come at ungodly hours and are extremely noisy. My fiancé has caught them multiple times hitting ours and other residents' vehicles in the parking lot with their leaf blowers. Even after telling the office staff, nothing changed
-They originally only gave us 1 house key because they weren't prepared and forgot to make another one. That should've been a sign of how the rest of the lease would go. My fiancé and I had to share a key for a week until they finally made a spare, which was a nightmare considering we work different hours
-The office staff is never actually there at 9am like they're supposed to be. They're always late. The turnover rate is also terrible. I wouldn't want to work for this company either but there would be new employees every couple of months
-The A/C always rattled when it was one
-The fan in the bedroom made an obnoxious noise when it was turned on
-They turned the water off at least once a month, which was unnecessary. I've never had a complex do that that often
-Once when the A/C went out, we told them we wanted to know when the maintenance/third party A/C guy would be coming. We told them TWICE that we needed to know before they enter. We went to run an errand and came back and low and behold, they entered WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION. We went into the office, ready to wreak havoc, and the office was talking to potential residents. She looked at my fiancé and kept quietly saying she was sorry and it was a misunderstanding, only so we wouldn't ruin the potential someone else would rent there. I knew she wasn't sorry
