| - Lululemon ... home of $140 yoga pants and serving you thinspirations for your body and wallet. You will definitely be coming out lighter in your bank BUT I have to be honest, you'll probably look great.
I've been trying to find one particular tank across GTA and I found myself at the Yorkdale location in that search. Online they're sold out but supposedly it exists somewhere in stores. I have to give credit to Lululemon for using real women in their ads... Sure everyone looks good but its not some obscenely plastic woman with an unobtainable body in a yoga outfit that leaves nothing to the imagination. Anyhow, back to the stores.
This location has been here for a while. It looks quite big from the hallway but inside it isn't that much bigger than other locations (like Sherway). There is a good amount of inventory here and a lot of it is TOO TALL for a shorty like me. Aside from the vertical challenges, there store is laid out with their tanks, bras, and pants all organized on one wall. As for the rest of the stores, it's not quite clear why another tank would be separate from the tank area. It gives me the feeling that I may not be finding everything option before trying it on in the change room.
Service here is a bit ... ok, it was non existent this time around. There were 3 people in the change room helping people there but in the store itself, I only spied one person helping in the men's area and nothing else. Maybe they were on break but for my 10 minutes here, I never spoke to a single person and searched the racks myself.
Seeing how it's $60 for a top that only sees the inside of gym, it's got to work through the sweat & tears and survive a lot of washes. I find the designs cute and even possibly sexy but I can't be just popping out the sides. So far, the few items I have have lasted the year or more.
And thankfully their online purchases are returnable but I wish you could do it in stores.
After all that, I didnt find the top in stores but the browsing did put a few more items on the wishlist to try out later when I actually get service.
