Unfortunately, it is impossible to give Silvercreek a good review. There were a lot of bumpy moments during our recent visit. For one, we were sat at a table and immediately felt a little warm. We thought it was maybe because the table was near a window. We were wrong. At the end of the meal, as we sat there sweating profusely, we mentioned to the waitress that we were a little on the hot side, to which she responded, "Oh yes. Two out of the three AC units are not working." Great. Other disappointing moments included ordering the special that was supposed to be a filet and they changed it to NY strip (not a huge deal except you shouldn't substitute a 4oz. filet for a 4 oz. NY strip), getting undercooked salmon that had to be sent back to be put back on the grill, and being overcharged for a bottle of wine. Aside from the salmon, everything tasted pretty good, but the bottom line is that it is sad to dish out over $100 for dinner where you are uncomfortable and so many mistakes are made.
