***DO NOT GO HERE - THEY WILL LOSE YOUR CLOTHES!!!***
I had been using this place for a couple of months on a weekly basis to have my suits cleaned. At the end of August I picked up my clothes and a pair of my pants were missing. They said that they could not find them and to try back again in a week. This went on for about a month and a half with me calling every week to try and track down a $200 pair of slacks. After talking to the two girls who work at this location, and trying to track down "Sam", I was getting a bit pissed. After finally getting a hold of Sam, he offered to pay 10 times the value of the garment cleaning cost, stating that that was their normal policy. $30 for a $200 pair of pants? Suits are not inexpensive to buy, so I don't know where I am going to replace my suit pants for $30. Kmart? Walmart? Cheap ass shit! As $30 was all Sam would offer, I brought to his attention that he should no longer expect any more business from my wife or I, and he would now be missing out on $18 each week. He didn't really seem to care, and even after he apologized if you lost the pants twice, that is all that he would sell for. I am in the strong frame of mind to contact the Consumer Protection Agency, AKA the Attorney Generals's office to make a complaint. Shitty business operation to settle this way. Business owners and their employees should be held accountable. That's what business insurance is for.
