  • I went here to get my hair colour corrected (from dark brown to blonde). I chose this salon because my hair is important to me and I wanted to go somewhere, where the stylist had extensive experience. Everyone was super friendly and helpful there. The salon was beautiful. My stylist told me that they charge $100 an hour for colour correction, and that it would be about $300-$400 tops for my hair. This was the price I was expecting and went ahead with the colour correction process. My stylist had trouble removing the red from my hair, so going blonde that day was not an option. He ended up giving me a chocolate brown colour instead. After 6 hours of sitting in a chair and my hair in yucky condition, I was very upset to say the least. They were going to charge me $600 to go from Dark Brown to Chocolate Brown hair!!! That was insane!!! At this point I complained, and the receptionist turned sour and could care less about my situation. In the end I was charged $250 for the product and time. Really, they should have offered to have me come back (free of charge) to fix my hair. However, they were not concerned about receiving any future business from me and just tried to get me out the door asap. This was very unprofessional. I have never experienced poor service like this from a salon before in my life. As a paying customer, I like to be treated with respect. I hope that other clients of this salon had a better experience than me. 1 star for the lady who was getting her hair blow-dried next to me. She seemed pleased with her results.
