  • Ordered pick up. The chicken was raw. We were able to pick up a replacement item for no charge. Got a nice apology from the manager and told there was a coupon in the bag. Then told to let them know if there was anything they could do before I could say anything the manager quickly walked away. It was disappointing. I am use to better customer from Scottsdale restaurants! Oh and the coupon is the same coupon they put in every Togo order.
