| - The Home Depot is a great franchise -- this location in particular, though, is a horrible store. The customer service is non-existant and when you finally manage to get help, you aren't treated with the utmost respect.
I wanted to purchase an item that had the wrong price on it, something I didn't find out until I approached the point of sale. The cashier (Rick) was a young kid who just shrugged his shoulders and said (and I quote) "there's nothing I can do, whatever it says on the website is what I gotta ring it up as". How about instead you or someone in your staff assist me with determine what caused the price confusion in the first place?
Then I went to customer service to voice my complaint about Rick, and guess what? The customer service agent, Jason, wasn't much better! Sure, he talked very passively and calm, but I was told the same exact thing that Rick said, and even a sarcastic "I believe you!" all while telling me I'm wrong.
I'm so glad that the manager on duty, Dan, helped clear the wrong but story told, if anyone is looking for any (good) customer service at this location, they won't find it and they should steer clear.
