  • To make this short I understand why their ratings are terrible Driver said that the address was incorrect ; the previous 50 deliveries were ok , obviously was correct. Then they said he ran out of time ; they would deliver the next morning the following afternoon i call ed again and they said that they would go pick it up from the warehouse and deliver to me and call me None of this happened My 4th call i was advised that it would take 48 hours because that's the procedure even though they broke 3 committed promised deliveries The customer services people seem empathetic but they do not follow up on their commitments I cannot believe that Amazon would keep them as a contracted delivery partner.
