  • I initially had some problems with the gym, but the gym manager helped me out. He really cares about the customers. The gym can get packed sometimes, but it is with people who are serious about fitness. It is a great motivation device. It is the customers and management who make this gym. Price is similar to most gyms. There are no contracts and they have a wide range of memberships. Personal training is fairly priced and they are based on contract. I am not a fan of the contracts, I assume they have their reasons, they said it is to ensure the your success in the program. There is no pool or track, but there is a MMA area with classes. The surrounding area is decent. Parking can get a bit rough. There is a private female area and gym classes. I may of even saw a yoga room. I am not sure about the previous complaints about theft, but I have not witnessed any issues. They are getting more aggressive with people not wiping down machines or not using towels. I like my time so far here, and I plan to keep coming back. I only care for powerlifting and they got all you would ever need. I come here with a friend and it is a great way to motivate yourself even more.
