  • I drove 70 miles to get to the store in Champaign, IL after calling multiple times and trying to go online to book an appointment. I called the Springfield, IL office to see if the store had closed and they stated that the store was in fact open but that they never answer their phone. When I got there I was told I have to go online to make an appointment. The website says I don't need an appointment and I can just show up. If I would have known this was the case then I wouldn't have spent over an hour driving to the store. This was a complete waste of time.
