  • I gotta say this was truly the most disappointing experience I've had with a property management company. There are a lot of things you must do to be a tenants, if anything breaks you must pay $65 to have if fixed, found this odd for rental. The garage door was a documented issue since day 1, various people came out to have it fixed and repaired, in 2 years of RENTING there where 8 visits. Upon moving out you must use there carpet service AND house cleaners, this cost $500 total. In a 2 year time I literally lived in the house a total of 8 months if was not used or abused at all....moved out got less then a $300 refund check that should have been over 2K. $1400 to repaint the walls, bottom line was the owner wanted to sell the house and I ended up paying for the grant remodel before if was placed on the market. This company is poor, Un trust worthy and I've already filed legal action with my company attorney. I kept pictures and receipts for the property and I know it was left in great shape for a rental...not my problem they want to sell it. Do NOT rent or use this company for any real estate.....fair warning, they will not give 2 s--ts about you!
