Despite the waiting room being the size of a closet, and there being a bunch of kids there this day, the ambiance of the place is nice. The receptionist got me took my coat and got me coffee when I got there and was helpful.
My stylist was "L". I had curly, styled hair walking in and she immediately started combing my hair from the roots down which was very painful and was pulling out some of it. You don't comb hair like that in general, ESPECIALLY with curly hair with hairspray in it. Ouch.
She didn't cut the layers in my hair to correlate with the length that it got cut so it doesn't even look like I have any- which I did when I walked in. I requested at the end that she cut them more and she did so subtly I can't even tell, at that point i thought to myself that I'll just do it myself when I get home.
Probably would have had better luck with a stylist but I didn't really like the vibes there anyways.
