We specifically went downtown so we could have breakfast at Eat after reading the rave reviews on YELP. In all honesty, I have to agree with the glowing reviews. Great place to get some good comfort food downtown. It's a bit hard to find, but 5 minute walk off Fremont street. If you're downtown or heading down that way I'd strongly recommend this place for breakfast or brunch. This place has a menu that offers a broad selection from pancakes with chicken maple sausage, grilled cheese on Texas toast with tomato soup to a mozzarella caprese style chicken sandwich. Various side dishes are offered. The food was nicely presented and tasty. Tasty passion fruit unsweetened iced teas is available to whet your appetite. Come early or come late. Usually busy at mealtime. And yes there is counter to eat at where you can watch the creations being made. A pretty good way to start the day.
I also think that for the quality and quantity, this place has really good value.
