A friend has been raving about this place for months, so on a snowy morning my nephew and I headed over to see what was buzzing.
OMG, we were BOTH like kids in candy shops. Okay, literally it looks like a candy shop. First impression was of the music nostalgia. They won me over with that, so super cute and inviting in there.
They have three 'levels' of donuts- you can make your own, choose the funky ones in the front case or simple flavors. Starting with the basic- how did they taste? Excellent. The actual doughnut was cakey and light, soft and chewy. The flavors were very original and gorgeous!
We loved the banana split, strawberry french toast, chocolate covered pretzel and the kid went nuts over the M&M.
The service was wonderful, the lady let us try a sample for being our first time. We had some milk and I took home a bunch for around $22. Totally. Worth. It.
