  • I had a specialty situation where I needed to move about 10 boxes from Phoenix to Connecticut. I called on Sunday morning at 7am, expecting to leave a message and get a call back on Monday. The phone rang about 4 times and the voicemail picked up and before I could start leaving the message, Jessie was calling me on the other line. Unfortunately, they don't yet serve the east coast but he spent 5 minutes with me helping me to understand my options and give me some advice on how to get my situation solved. 5 stars for outstanding customer service!
