I ordered a lens online and went to the store to pick it up the next day. There was an issue processing the payment and the lens wasn't ready. Tom was incredible. My husband and I were together and we both agreed that you don't find many competent people these days especially in retail unfortunately. He clearly knew what he was doing and acted in a professional and efficient manner. He handled the issue and made sure that we were happy and taken care of. I was truly blown away. If Tom isn't already a manager he should be and I don't say that lightly.
